Rotary Transformer Energy Converter and Virtual Magnetic Shield Principle by Jim Palmer - Inventor
Welcome all who are dedicated to the advancement of Free Energy Systems for the benefit of mankind.
Now for the first time, a device has been designed, built and tested which proves that there really is free energy all around us and is available, detectable and harnessable! CLICK on General Description below for details.
The device was first publicly announced and demonstrated in April 1993 at the First International Symposium on New Energy in Denver, CO. For many reasons, no further public contact was made until December 2000. Now, January 7, 2001, I announce formally to the world my theory and invention. Status of invention at present. A more advanced (fourth design) is being designed and will be constructed as money and time allows. The first three designs satisfied the proof of theory (Virtual Magnetic Shield Principle) and clear observation of the Output to Input Power ratio EXCEEDING the Input by about 238%. The goal now is to utilize this over unity power while the rotary transformer remains self-operating; that is, no external power such as a battery will be required to operate the device, once it has been started.
What is needed now. The previous machine shop design cost about $600 in machine shop work. The permanent magnets cost about $400 at $25 each. The copper wire was about $100 for a spool. The coils were hand wound for free. Misc. expenses about $100. So the total 1993 cost was around $1200.
I would like to see who might be interested in this project. To help defray my costs and hard work. I am considering the following:
1. Offer copyrighted book describing all theory, design criteria, and my experience. Price $50.
2. Offer Club Memberships for 1 year intervals. All members will be updated of new discoveries, design improvements and benefit from the group experience Price $100.
3. Offer machined parts, coils and assembly hardware, driver motor etc. Price unknown. Depends on how many people are interested.
4. For truely devoted non-corporate participants in this invention, I am considering minor partners. These persons will share equally in any fame or financial fortune or profits derived from 49% of the annual net profits. Price $5,000.
5. For commercial business interests, a contractual agreement will be implemented for a set period and revenue schedule.
